The Rodd Program was designed for previously incarcerated men, working on reentering society and becoming the man he was created to be. This program is tailored for men who are stuck in life and need, clarity and direction to find their vision and fulfill their purpose.
The RODD pROGRAM
Our Vision
We created RODD (Restoring of Dreams and Destiny) out of personal pain, deep love, and unwavering hope. As parents of a son who is now serving his third prison sentence, we understand the heartbreak, the cycles, and the cries for change—both from those behind bars and the families who love them. This program is more than an initiative; it’s a lifeline. It's our response to the system that often forgets redemption is possible and dreams are still valid.
The vision of RODD is to walk with men transitioning from incarceration back into society—guiding them not just to stay free, but to live free in mind, body, and purpose. We believe that every man has a God-given destiny, even if it's been buried under years of pain, mistakes, and setbacks.
The Program
The curriculum consists of 12 modules, and 2 classes on Pre-job training and Development. Certificate of Completion awarded at the end of the program.

The “Giving Back” part of the RODD Program is all about using what you’ve been through to help someone else. It’s your chance to take the life lessons, skills, and even the tough areas you’ve faced—and turn it into something powerful.
