Our Mission
The RODD Program is designed for men, both young adults who may be stuck in life and need clarity and direction and previously incarcerated working on re-entering into society and becoming the man he was created to be. We exists to:
- Restore Dreams that have been deferred or destroyed.
- Reconnect Men to their true identity, values, and potential.
- Rebuild Lives with structured support systems, spiritual guidance, workforce development, emotional healing, and practical life skills.
The Program
The curriculum consists of 12 modules, and 2 classes on Pre-job training and Development. Certificate of Completion awarded at the end of the program.

Giving Back
The Giving Back Program is when you give of yourself and take the opportunity to use the skills needed to be successful in life. Learn how to use your past & future frustrations as weapons, to "Free" someone else, by sharing your story at:
- Schools
- Churches
- Boys & Girls Clubs
- Prisons
- Half-Way Homes
- In the Community
- Planned Events
